(13/03/2014) The CNC stud welding machine is designed for capacitor discharge stud welding with contact and gap method. With a working area of 1500 x 1000 mm, which can be reached by each welding head, it is equipped with a servo motor-driven Z-axis with a travel of 250 mm.

(15/09/2013) At this year's SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN we present our new inverter stud welding unit PRO-I 2200. The PRO-I 2200 is especially designed for welding shear connectors up to diameter 22 mm. Optionally, the unit is available as multi-gun unit and thus enables the operation of up to four stud welding guns or heads.
