New video: CNC stud welding machine T 1308025 (working area: 1300 x 800 x 250 mm) with three automatic welding heads and eight automatic stud feeders

(05/02/2026) The machine T 1308025 is equipped with three automatic stud welding heads KHA-200F with integrated travel measuring system, three stud welding units PRO-C 1500 and eight automatic stud feeders VBZ.

The first and second welding head are each equipped with three automatic stud feeders VBZ and two stud switches, the third welding head is equipped with two automatic stud feeders VBZ and one stud switch. The VBZ feeders are loaded with studs of the same diameter but different lengths. The servo-motorized Z-axis (250 mm) automatically compensates for the stud length differences, allowing a single welding head to process studs of varying lengths without requiring any prior retooling.

Each automatic stud welding head has a fluid spraying device to secure a high welding quality.

The complete working area - as for all our CNC stud welding machines - can be reached by each welding head. The machine has as a robust, welded steel machine frame with eight ceramic stop pins on the X and Y zero lines, the axes are driven through dynamic servo motors.

For safeguarding the working area a light curtain is used so that the working area can be accessed very good and thus be loaded fast. With our operating software PRO-STUD (incl. DXF data converter) and monitor with keyboard and mouse (control PC with Windows 10) the machine can be easily handled even by unexperienced operators.
