Internally threaded studs ID 18,3x30 for fastening the surface of a pedestrian and cycle path bridge

(07/11/2025) In Dortmund, the "Garden of the Future," the exhibition area for the IGA 2027 in the Ruhr region, is being created by 2027. For this purpose, the city is currently building the coking plant park with the "Haldensprung" bridge. The barrier-free pedestrian and cycle path bridge connects the new coking plant park with the Deusenberg hill.

The bridge, with a length of approximately 160 meters, is being constructed in several sections. Internally threaded studs ID 18,3 x 30 are used to secure the surface. The welding of these studs was subcontracted and carried out by us.

A modern PRO-I series stud welding unit with a GD gun was used. The inverter power unit and modern monitoring equipment ensured stable, flawless results and comprehensive documentation.
