New standard program CNC stud welding machines

(10/10/2012) Based on the requirements of our customers we completely re-engineered our standard program for CNC stud welding machines. Besides the well-established machine F 400 with a working area of 400 x 400 mm we now offer eight other standard machine sizes.

The machines available for selection are designed according to the metal sheet sizes that are standardly offered on the market. The machine program is classified in three series, each series includes three models (normal, medium, large). So our customers can choose from a continuous range with working areas from 400 x 400 mm up to 3000 x 1500 mm. Of course, we continue to manufacture customer-specific special sizes on inquiry.

As advantages of the re-engineered program are particularly noteworthy:

• All models have robust welded steel machine frames.
• All machines are equipped with stiffer axes than before.
• The operating software was completely re-engineered and now offers a multitude of new features.
• The user friendliness of the machines was improved
