Automatic stud welding head KHA-200F on handling arm Powerflex with stud welding unit PRO-C 1000 and automatic stud feeder VBZ

The equipment is used to weld threaded studs made from steel (welding method: capacitor discharge stud welding (contact method)) as well as threaded studs made from aluminium (welding method: capacitor discharge stud welding (gap method)) to traffic signs. The welding head can be retooled very easily for both welding methods.

For a quick change between both materials the respective welding programmes are stored in the stud welding unit PRO-C 1000.
